This section is dedicated to frequently asked questions about your server.
The exact timeframe depends on how extensive the changes are and how quickly TrinityCore provides a stable update for the new build. Once the necessary updates have been implemented and tested, the server can be brought back online.
Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues. We aim to keep any interruptions as short as possible and restore service promptly.
Updates are applied as needed, particularly following major World of Warcraft patches and TrinityCore releases.
As client versions can change following major patches and updates, please refer to the Server Information section for the currently supported version and any additional compatibility requirements.
If you are unable to connect to the server, there may be several possible causes. Please check the following:
- Server maintenance or updates — The server may temporarily be unavailable while updates or maintenance are being performed.
- Expired certificate — Our server may require an updated certificate.
- Outdated WoW client — Make sure you are using the correct client version supported by the server.
- Automatic game updates — If automatic updates are enabled, your WoW client may have updated to a newer version that is not yet supported.
- Incorrect portal (realmlist) — Verify that your portal/realmlist is configured correctly.
- Outdated custom launcher — Make sure you are using the latest version of our custom WoW launcher.
If the issue persists after checking these points, verify the Server Information for the currently supported client version and any ongoing maintenance or updates.
